I had significant questions regarding a bird sighting. Second time this year, different bird. Jennifer has helped me in both occasions to identify the bird and suggest the appropriate food to put out.

The staff was very knowledgeable about ways to keep squirrels from getting my bird food!

As a forgetful person I tend not to remember what bird seed I buy; when I expressed that to the associate, she offered to lookup my last purchase. It’s not out of the ordinary for this store’s associates to be so helpful, they always make sure I get the right items for my backyard birds’ needs. I really love being able to shop at a store where the staff shares my enthusiasm for such a niche interest.
