The staff at this store are always friendly and very knowledgeable. We are always able to get the products we are looking for.

Kathy is always delightful...positive, loaded with answers and quickly gets me out the door...where she always goes with me as she carries or totes the bags of seeds! I was hoping to buy a notepad...really thought you would have something, but no big deal, BUT Kathy brought me out a couple sheets of your Wild Birds Unlimited post-it notes that saved the day!

The staff is always helpful. When I am looking for something new to feed the birds they offer good recommendations. When I can’t remember a product I had purchased in the past (e.g., suet feeder) they are quick to look up my past purchases and remind of the product I bought. This ensures that I buy the right refills for the feeders.

The girl that helped us was very friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable.
