They always have the right bird seed for the type of birds that I feed in my yard. If I ever have any questions, I know that I can ask and someone in the store will have the answer. I never was interested in feeding the birds until I came across Wild Birds Unlimited, but now I am a huge fan. Love your store and all of your amazing merchandize.

The staff, everyone, is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They make great suggestions. The seed, products are always great!! Today, Ruth was very helpful, nice, friendly today.

Kathy is always delightful...positive, loaded with answers and quickly gets me out the door...where she always goes with me as she carries or totes the bags of seeds! I was hoping to buy a notepad...really thought you would have something, but no big deal, BUT Kathy brought me out a couple sheets of your Wild Birds Unlimited post-it notes that saved the day!
