Excellent selection of high quality products. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Chris the store manager makes an extra effort to answer all our questions and provide great advice. We also like the periodic educational talks they provide in the evenings. We have attended two so far this year,

Always friendly, helpful.

They sell quality merchandise. The owner is very knowledgeable about the merchandise. He is very personable. And he knows a lot about the area and local burning activities.

The lady that was working was very helpful and knowledgeable. We may not return to this particular store because it is in Delaware and we live in Ohio. We will certainly look into finding a store in our area.

Very fast, helpful and efficient

We came in for specific items. They were all there. One item was new to us and we were given good instructions how to use it. We also opened up a discussion about bird houses and were given a fountain of knowledge.
