I am always happy to visit Anthony and his experienced staff. They always greet you warmly, assist you, fix any problems you ma have with purchased feeders, seed, etc. I have been of member of 4 WBU locations and the Bellaire location is a bit smaller, I always know I’ll be welcome here & get personal attention.

Anthony and Mike are experienced and helpful. They have become store family. They know me and I have learned about them. They are the greatest. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. When we were deep in Covid social distancing, They always went out of their way to bring what I ordered to the car with no question at all.

They helped me select the correct bird food & discussed timing of feeding hummingbirds & orioles. They are very knowledgeable.

I am happy to find a product that will deter squirrels.

I always enjoy going to my local Wld Birds because the people working there are always helpful and friendly, and the store itself makes me smile when I hear birdsong and see so many bird perches and feeders!

I had very limited time to pick up the bird seed I needed. The worker pointed out what I was looking for and was able to answer a question about two very similar looking products. I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes with everything I wanted.

They are always friendly and happily answer all questions. The prices can seem high at first, but our experience has proven that the value works out. We get the cylinders with the hot pepper - originally recommended by people here - and get to feed all sorts of birds instead of many, many squirrels.
