Kathryn spent time with me answering questions about the birds I'm seeing in my yard and gave me information about additional feeders I might add to my yard soon. She and Jeff were both in the store today and are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

The owners of this store are so helpful. They are very knowledgeable about birds, feeders and food. My husband and I have found our home store. We're so grateful for all of the help and support we have received!

Jeff, the store owner, is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the store's products. The store remained open despite a water sprinkler pipe that broke in the shopping center and forced other stores to close. Jeff stayed open despite the heat and recovery project underway.

This store deserves extra credit!!! Their building suffered a major water pipe break, but they didn’t close...they set up shop outside their damaged space, and had an employee getting whatever the customer needed. Kudos to them for not closing, and taking care of their customers above all else! Love this place!!!

When I arrived at the store, the store was dark inside and I thought they might be closed. I learned that there had been a water leak and were forced to move out to the sidewalk for the day. I really appreciated their dedication to their customers in the event of such a problem because I wouldn't have wanted to make the drive all that way just to find out they were closed. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about how I can improve the feeding area for my birds and many of my neighbors also purchase their bird products from this store. Many thanks for sitting outside in order to serve your customers. Great customer service :)

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I love being a member for the savings and perks. The quality of products is top notch and prices are good.

The team at this store is knowledgeable about the birds migrating through the area during the different seasons, and they offer helpful suggestions about how to attract certain birds (like my favorite Hummingbirds), and how to deal with pesky squirrels, etc. Always a pleasure catching up with them.

The associate working today greeted me and asked if I needed help as soon as I came into the store. He was very knowledgable about the feeder I purchased and where to hang it in my yard. He also took my purchases to my car.
