Staff remembers me when I come in and remembers how I like to be addressed. I came in wanting another pole system my back yard, which is wooded, and staff rounded up everything for me and brought it to the counter and got me a cart. I also had some questions and they helped me make decisions.

I had a few questions and the sales associate was super helpful and knowledgeable in answering them. I also had a few coupons to use and he helped me figure out the best deal! I think his name was Marty, I do not see his name on the receipt. This store is just so pleasant and very fun to shop in.

I was very satisfied with the knowledge shared with me. . . with the suggestions I could follow and the help figuring out what to purchase and how to display the feeders. I am so pleased to discover this store and the amazing, helpful and personable owners. The son of the owners is available to make "house calls" to install the heavy, large poles and also to analyze the area for feeders, the seeds to use and ways to keep the squirrels off the feeders. I now enjoy feeding the birds without the interference of squirrels, chip monks and the occasional rat. I thank each of them for all their help.

Always friendly staff both willing to help and a pleasure to chat current local bird info with. Quality products that hold up to the elements. Products in stock when you need them or will aquire whatever you need.

Everyone at WBU is so friendly and knowledgeable. It’s possible to receive a cheaper product from a big box store but never the service.

The workers are all very friendly and helpful. They take the time to get to know you and will remember your name. Plus they have a cute dog that sometimes greets you at the door.
