Jeff and Kathryn are like family. I love that this is truly a "mom and pop" store. They learned my name and remember things about me, and what I like to buy. Plus, it's obvious that they love what they do, and their store always has something fun and interesting going on that makes me want to visit. Plus, I have a crazy variety of birds now and they are so fun to watch!

The variety and quality of what is available for bird feeding, bird housing, and bird watching is excellent.

Jeff was very well informed about blue bird nesting boxes and where to mount them. He offered the services of a store associate who actually makes house calls to advise on feeder types, mounting devices and placement. Very helpful. Also answered all my questions about the different types of seed.
