The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I’m unable to pick up items greater than 10 lbs. I’ve been to the VOA store often and they remember this and always carry my heavy purchases without making a fuss or embarrassing me.

I asked questions about keeping starlings away, and the associte was very helpful in recommending seed they could not eat. I purchased an oriole feeder, and she recommended what to feed and where to position it for best results
