Prices seemed high on feeders and accessories

There was nothing really. The prices might have been a bit high but the quality is good. I really like Connor. He is really helpful and usually has good suggestions for me about my bird feeders. If I go some place else for bird seed/suet it is about the price and convenience. I am already in the store and if I buy it here I won't have to make another stop. I like the garden art that is there. I have been buying just as much yard items as bird things there.

Brought a coupon check out person didn’t know what it was for. It turns out I couldn’t use what it offered. Took extra time for clerk to contact manager. :-(

I bought the thistle seed, small bag and the goldfinch would not touch it, tried for about a week in my cage feeder. I bought a different cage feeder with an opening of 1 1/2 inch and I switched back to the other seed I was using - not thistle and they are back, no cowbirds or big birds have visited it. The tube that holds the feed is deep in the middle and cannot be reached by big birds even if they got their head in it. Thanks!

The clerk did not know how to give the member discount. She over priced, then realized it but couldn't figure out how to correct it. Finally had to get someone to help. I did not get my free gift for becoming a member and had to go back the next day for it. it seemed very chaotic. Not like experiences I have had at other competing wild bird stores.

Have had the bird seed wreath hanging a week and no birds

Extremely expensive. I went for suet cakes. These are usually around a dollar at most stores. Here they were over five dollars. If you joined their club, they would still be over three dollars.

Ordered online thru store. Forced to do so b/c corporate site no longer available for ordering. Corporate site you to have three-pack cylinder seed as purchase option. No longer available thru store. Very, very disappointed..
