Wild Birds Unlimited

I would like to be able to order online and send gifts from WBU. Without paying the store exhorbitant shipping, I have to do it myself. Which is ok, but I might buy more if I didn't have to do the legwork.

Prices are high

I was shopping at the Natorps in Mason and there was a booth from the wild birds unlimited. I wasn't looking for anything, but found a cover to go over my hummingbird feeder to try and keep some of the sun off

I was very satisfied. I think the prices are a bit high but the knowledge of the store personnel is excellent. They seem to really love birds and know them well. It is a little crowded around the entrance of the store.

Very expensive.

I thought I said we were highly satisfied. Great products. Reasonable pricing. I do wish I'd had the coupon before my husband went back in a purchased an expensive squirrel-proof feeder, but there's another we have our eyes on. We hung the squirrel-proof one up today. The baby finches are figuring it out.

Just the prices of the items, higher than expected.

Had to order online which raised the price significantly. As a member of Amazon Prime, no cost for shipping would have applied but my product was not available from Amazon.

I don’t give highly satisfied for much of anything. I was satisfied, and I don’t know what you could do to make me highly satisfied.

Many of the feeders and accessories were simply out of my price range. But the selection is incredible. The person who helped me on both my visits was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging.
