Staff was very friendly. Answers questions and check out was fast. Parking easy, right at front door.

The store was neat with a huge selection. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us with a selection for a new feeder. He suggested a way to make the feeder fit what I was looking for and took care of putting it together before we left the store.

The owner and other staff in the store are always ready to answer questions when I go in whether it be about raccoons or types of birds. They remember me and so the store is a familiar place. I really enjoy going in and being met by friendly people. Also I learn a lot when I go in versus just ordering stuff online.

They carry my bags to the car. They also answer my stupid questions with kindness.

I am always greeted when I enter the store. Staff always asks if I need assistance. After the purchase they carry the large bag of bird seed to my car.

You have a good product. But it is very pricey. We like to take care of the birds,but we are budget friendly and cannot always afford the bird seed.

My thoughts were overly stocked. Birds seem to dislike the winter blend. They prefer the feed I normally feed. I do like the quality of the selection of feeders and such. I am sent coupons they seem to not want to honor because I am not a member. Yet I am still sent them.
