Conner remembered my name and I received customer discounts on everything I purchased. Plus he offered me a Yule log bird feeder and bark butter as a gift - what a nice treat. He handed me the bird guide to further explain the bark butter and feeder. (hot pepper, of course - because he knows how much I hate to feed the squirrels!)
