The sales person was very helpful and easy to work with. She was willing to break down a larger bag into the smaller bag size I had requested. All was fine. I had some questions about the bird feeders I have and she answered them all.

staff is totally knowledgeable about various birds / feeds/ feeders and habits of wild birds. I tried to phone my order in but got a recorded message that the mailbox was "unavailable". so we went in.

My order was ready and when I asked about hummingbird feeders the clerk had all the info so t walked out with bird seed and a new hummingbird feeder.

I received it in under 4 hours. I was given a "gift" with my order, and it included a handwritten "thank you" note from Conner. I had the gift and the new birdfeeder supplies in use in less than 24 hours. Was so pleased with the purchase that I shared the info on my Facebook page. THANK YOU!!!

During this pandemic, our wildlife is even more important, as it gives us a feeling of " normal". When I entered the store, the specific birdseed that I was looking for was not on display. I asked the staff and they were quickly able to locate what I was looking for. I am so glad that the store is open and the staff is remarkable in their knowledge. Thankyou
