The staff is knowledgeable and very patient. They answer all of my questions, and make sugtgestions that are useful.

It was very simple, just order online, read email, phone that I'm outside store, order put in my automobile. Done. I do like to visit your store and hope to get to do so in the future.

All of the workers are wonderful. I love that they carry unique items, like Charlie Harper. The store is fun to browse through.

They really know their birds. They successfully predicted that it would take a couple weeks for the birds to adjust to safflower seeds and then there would be plenty of them. That is exactly what happened. That showed me that they were knowledgeable beyond just trying to sell products.
