The staff was very friendly and helpful. The feeder pole was on sale (unexpectedly). The seed was reasonably priced (the basic songbird kind).

I am a novice at feeding and caring for birds. The staff were extremely patient and helpful with all my rookie questions. I left with a decent starter kit of bird feeding supplies and will certainly be back soon to add on to my collection.

Overall great shopping experience

The salesperson took me to the hummingbird ant traps that they had available. They had only one type of the item. She talked about a video that is on their website about hummingbirds. She told me about their club and what I could get with the membership. I signed up

The products came recommended as high quality seed, so I'm looking forward to filling my feeders. :) The products came nicely packaged in one box with no damage and in a very timely manner. A surprise gift of an additional suet plug was a nice touch for becoming a member. Thanks! I will definitely recommend you to my friends if my birdies love your food!

I had a feeder that kept getting raided by squirrels. I went to your store and was given tips on the squirrel situation and bought a pole with a hook. Followed suggestions and bingo, I have Humming Birds now instead of the bandits!!!!

This location always has merchandise stocked. The associates, without fail, ask you every time to carry your items to your car. Have been coming to this store for years and love it!

During this trying time, it is nice that I can place an order online & know that it will be processed quickly & ready for pickup when noted :-)
