I signed up for membership with this order, and they gave me a free suet feeder and plugs! I was so excited when I saw the extra items... I even had a personal note from Connor. Great service and customer service! I'm a huge fan!

I always enjoy shopping at this store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and we have some great conversations regarding the birds. I can always find something new in the store that I want.

I sent my daughter to pick up my order due to having surgery. Once she spelled my last name, Connor quickly mentioned me by first name, which was so nice! She was impressed that the sales associate knew me by name! Your store goes way above making their customers feel valued! it is very much appreciated. You can tell they have a passion for what they do
