We have just started our bird feeding adventure and everyone at this store has been beyond helpful! Their knowledge and willingness to help has been amazing! We have gone back multiple times and every time we learn a little more. One thing I truly appreciate is their honest opinions on what they feel will suit our needs. For instance choosing between two feeders, they don’t push the more expensive, they help us choose for eat we need and sometimes it’s the less expensive option. THAT is customer service with honesty!! We are forever customers now!

The store is a good half hour drive via highway but I needed something to stop the raccoons; your store had the best options and the staff helped me pick the baffle that would do the trick. So far the raccoons are not bothering the feeder. Thank you, it was worth the drive.
