Annie, the WBU West Chester associate, was very helpful. We purchased a weather shield for the critter proof feeder we purchased in October. We were unsure how to adapt the shield to our feeder. Annie showed us how to disassemble and assemble the feeder and install the shield with the knowledge of a true expert. After her instruction, it became quite obvious to us that Annie really knows her stuff. She is an asset to WBU.
