I was having a difficult time finding the oriole feeder I wanted at wild bird stores and amazon. The voice of america store had in stock. They only had one and I couldn't pick it up for several days. I asked if they could ship and they said yes. The salesperson was exceptional and kind. I received the merchandise in 2 days. I was very impressed. Thank you!
