Visited the store to look for a large flag to hang from my wooden pole, but since you didn't have any in the store, Connor offered to look online and found a vendor that he was able to order one flag. He showed me a variety of designs to pick from, and I was happy to find one that I really liked. He ordered it for me, and sent an email to me when it arrived. I love it more in person. Looks great hanging in my garden area.

I usually know what I want, so I’m in and out quickly. If I have questions, the staff are always able to answer! I love shopping there for my birds!

The staff members are like friends. I can discuss birding as well as feeding the birds with them. Connor is great. We talked a lot about the situation with the birds' health on my last visit.
