Everyone is always friendly and helpful when needed but also I can wander the store at my own pace without sales pressure.

I travel from Louisville area to shop at this location because of the service that I receive there. Conner always is very helpful but Annie helped me this time and I had an equally wonderful experience. Thank you for what you all do for us birdie crazy folks. I find so much enjoyment watching them!

The West Chester, Ohio location is always helpful and knowledgeable. Staff even double checked that I had the right feed and sure enough I had picked up the wrong one.
