The staff was very helpful and friendly on my first and second visits. I'm new to birdfeeding and learned a lot both times! Within a week we've had visitors to our new feeder!

The staff at the West Chester store are friendly and knowledgeable. I bought big bag of bird seed and he even carried it out to my car.
