I got a window feeder and staff helped me pick out seeds with no shell. Very nice lady and chatted for a little. She was very helpful

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They know my who I am and I feel like a valued customer. They engage in conversation about birds and animals living in my area and remember things from previous conversations.
