Chris is a delight to deal with. So knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. I also learn a lot about birds from him, regularly. He clearly loves what he does and it comes through to benefit all his customers.

I know the owner and his family personally, also the two assistants whom I tend to see on weekends. They're always cheerful, helpful; the store is my go-to place for bird supplies and information.
