Found the birdseed that I needed. Found the hummingbird feeder hole covers and bought extra suet. Staff continues to care about me like family.

There was a significant delay at checkout due to attempt to use multiple coupons

The store was nicely stocked with good quality merchandise , and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable . The store was very clean overall a very nice place to buy supplies only problem I see is the merchandise was a bit overpriced, but nice quality.

Would like more bird bath options

Instead of tracking membership and figuring discount why not just lower prices-seems like it would be much simpler.

My trip was quick for 1 item. The usual price was 10.00 each. This trip the same item was 17.99. I have just been priced right out the door. I am sad!!

I wanted a squirrel proof feeder that’s shaped like a building and has a perch that closes the feeder if a squirrel is on it. They had some tube shaped ones and I purchased one along with some nesting blend feed for it. I don’t yet know how much I will like the feeder.

The Safflower seeds gets more and more expensive. May have to stop buying it.

I feel the staff sometimes is condescending to others. I hear her tell a customer after him asking something that she said, did you not understand what I said? Two ladies in the back room didn't offer to help with any service and the lady on the store floor seemed bothered to help me.

I am rarely highly satisfied with anything.
