The best thing about my local Wild Bird store is that the owner and staff are Very personable and know me by name. I feel like I’m visiting with friends. It’s a great feeling!!

Customer service was wonderful! All of our questions were answered with patience. We were shown the different brands and prices. A promotional gift was also offered to us, which we accepted. My husband and I left the store feeling good about our purchases.

They always have such interesting items. The personnel are always nice and helpful. I just love going in there and browsing all the neat stuff.

We love the general “feel” of the store and the staff are always so friendly. If we happen to have a question, the staff are at the ready with great advice. This is our destination bird food store.
