I shop there frequently and needed a new suet holder. You were out of stock but agreed to call me when it showed up- probably in a week. You did, then I did and this survey has taken me longer than the transaction. Therefor this is the last one I will respond to. You should offer another response option e.g." Repeat customer" Satisfied or dissatisfied"
