I drive an hour to shop at this store. I used to shop this store more frequently. The last time I received a coupon for a free bag of food it was not honored because I did not have it with me. After all the money I had spent, on top of driving an hour just to shop at this store it left a not so friendly, I want you to come back and shop here, feeling with me. I have even talked about broken bird feeders to the employee, that I now know should be fixed or replaced by WBU, and she never offered to have it looked at, fix or replaced.

My birds won’t eat the waste less seed. Had to go back and use sunflower seed with shells. Even the squirrels won’t eat it

The tore and the staff were great the only issue I had was the stackable's are not available any longer. You sell products that we spend our money on for example the hangers the stackable and then no longer sell them. I don't understand

The store has a great selection in bird seed. It's a little bit pricey than other places, like Tractor Supply and hardware stores. We can typically find what we are looking for, except a rain gauge made in the USA.

No reason. I rarely put highly satisfied.

I often have to be careful of my budget and I can't always afford the high quality product found at Wild Birds.

It is nice to be greeted coming into the store, however, I was not pleased with being followed around. I like to look at all the merchandise and 'take my time' with it. I felt rushed and pushed.

I always purchase Safflower Cylinders. I love this product. I have 2 smaller hangers as well as a large one. I never had a problem with this product until Sunday, December 30th. I purchased 6 cylinders on 12/28/18 and immediately placed two outside as the 2 hangers were empty. It rained on Sunday and when I looked outside, I saw one cylinder on the ground in pieces. I didn't know what had happened. The birds could not have caused this. Later, I looked outside to see the second cylinder hanging sideways on the hanger. The next time I looked outside it also was on the ground in pieces. I am very displeased that this happened. The whole year I have had cylinders outside subjected to the elements and had no problems. I believe there was a problem with the gelatin holding the safflowers together. How could this get by quality control? I had purchased a total of 6 cylinders on 12/28/18. I only replaced one cylinder fearing that it may fail as well and fall on the ground. One cylinder costs $11.00. I cannot afford to see them break apart and end up on the ground after only a few days I will not buy this product anymore if this is how badly they are made.

It would be nice to receive coupons or to have sales more often especially during the holidays. Had a great coupon for Black Friday weekend, but couldn't make it to the store in the two days it was good. The current coupon is for half off a book after spending $50.00. Would rather have $5 off of seed!

The staff is always friendly and they know me. Always able to answer questions. The store is always clean. The prices are only competitive if you take advantage of the club pricing. I felt that the difference was the quality of the food, but I have been seeing more material other that seed in some of the products than before( twigs and have had problems with bugs).
