The staff knows me by name. They are very courteous and friendly. They are knowledgeable about their products and have a good bird knowledge.

There is not another store around where I live that has all things for birds. I have been at the store frequently and the staff knows me by my first name. Staff very good at helping me save money with promotions, coupons and Club points program. Staff helps to carry purchases from the store out to my car.

The staff is always friendly and the items are always in stock. The store is clean and inviting.
