We are always greeted as we walk in the door. Everyone is friendly and ready to serve us in anyway. They are very knowledgable about the products in the store and check out is always a breeze.

We had gone to a presentation earlier in the day by the owner of the store. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We enjoyed the talk and gave the store a visit later in the day and cashed in on 2 pound bag of seed coupon. We purchased products and enjoyed discussion with store staff about birds. Will return, great experience. My grandson won a bird house from the raffle. He put it up last night at his home along with a seed bell we purchased. Great way to teach young to love birds. He is 6 years old and his favorite bird is a blue jay. He is very good at recognizing jay and woodpecker calls. He can visually recognize about 10 different birds.

I went to WB to buy 70% off items in their final sale day as prizes for a Garden Club Christmas party for 2019. I found bird seed wreaths at originally $17 each which were sold to me at $10 for 2. I also bought a full price suet feeder for my own yard. I was pleased with the expertise of the store owner & her willingness to accommodate my budget.
