Well designed store and wonderful staff

The seed I was going to purchase was not available. The store person informed me that they just received more and they were able to bag me the desired seed with minimal wait time. While waiting/browsing I purchased a feeder and was given a discount. I will continue to shop at this store for my bird feeding supplies. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The people there are friendly and very knowledgeable. I love all the bird related gifts in the store. The bird food is fresh and they help me load it into the car.

Staff is always friendly and helpful and seem to really enjoy their jobs. They are very knowledgeable about the products and what the customer needs for their particular situation. Always look forward to shopping at the Florence store.
