Staff is always so friendly. The product I need is always there. The location is convenient for me.

I have to say that the staff at the Florence store is always friendly. The moment we walk in the door, we are greeted and asked if we needed help. Checking out was quick and informative, very easy.

Got help right away. Found everything we needed to keep squirrels from taking the bird seed. We learned about what should go in the humming bird feeder.

The survey targets those who were actually IN your store; I was not. I was an online customer, and completely satisfied with the experience. It would be a more accurate survey if it had options for the online shopper. I'm sure your store is lovely, and if I am ever in Florence, y'all, I'll definitely drop in.
