Sabrina was so helpful answering my questions about the feeder tube cage, and when I arrived for curbside pickup I did not even have to call into the store. Someone came to my car immediately to help with my order.

When you have a question about birds, Wild Birds knows the answers. We purchased meal worms and were told to put a slice of apple in the container for nourishment. Wow! It was amazing to watch them devour the apple. Great service!

We have ordered online and over the phone for curbside pickup. The staff are courteous and efficient. There is zero contact, which is how we prefer shopping right now. As always, excellent customer service.

Have used curbside several times. They always run it out to car within a few minutes, place in car and we are off On one visit I saw a wind chime in the window I liked. The gentleman brought it out to the car to show me after having to get a ladder to get it down. When I wanted to purchase he quickly ran in and did the charge and wrapped it up for me. Couldn’t ask for better friendlier service!

Friendly staff. Accommodated my request to put my seed in my trunk, even though lines of traffic for Michaels store made that difficult. Staff was waiting at door with my order.
