I've been shopping in person at this store for years, since it's been opened. I was thrilled to find out that there was a WBU so close to me. I used to have to drive to the Cincinnati location that is close to Tri County. Most of the time I've dealt with Theresa and/or Elizabeth and they've always been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I've have always been satisfied with what I needed and bought. Because of Covid 19, I've opted for delivery for my items, but I miss being in the store looking and shopping.

The staff is dedicated to attending to the guest's needs for product or a solution to any question. The quality of the product in the store is excellent. The store maintains an additional variety of interesting products that compliment bird watching.
