The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. It feels like the staff personally know all of their customers and go out of their way to make sure they're happy.

Toby is the man, and always takes good care of us.

I love the ease of the website, but my packing slip never has my BB# on it, so I have to call to place an order occasionally . Theresa is very helpful. Birds love the seed. Fed Ex failed to put it on our porch; put it in front of garage doors instead. Not a good place, but not the store’s fault.
