I love the staff at the Florence store!! They are always so helpful and kind. They know the products and always have great recommendations.

The owner (Dan) took his time to personally show my sister (new to bird feeding) how to set up her first Basic Pole Bird Station with accessories. He is always very friendly and in a good mood. I love all the merchandise in the store and the employee knowledge base.
