Had what I wanted friendly service

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even took my order to the car for me.

This is my yearly visit to stock up for winter. Customer service explained new products without asking. Awesome experience.

I purchased a feeder and seed with the expectation that squirrels would eat it all but Sabrina helped me figure out what the best product for me was and was very accurate with the information she gave and I have not had any problem with squirrels.

Products are great

The products (bird feeders, heated bird baths) are of superior quality. And, the birds really like the seeds! I'm impressed with the knowledge that the staff has of the birds in our area. They've always answered my questions fully.

Pickup and product excellent!

I had 2 different profiles and one showed expired so I almost missed out on my discount and almost paid to renew when I already had a current paid membership.

People are kind, knowledgable and extremely helpful. It's always a pleasant experience to shop there.
