Got a call shortly from WBU shortly after placing online order, as they were short on stock of one of the items. The store rep was concerned because the order was going to be delayed a couple of days! I assured her that was not a problem, but it was super nice of her to let me know! I love this store and will always recommend it - we have had perfect and friendly service every time. Thank you!

Ordering was easy; delivery was fast and accurate; the extra Bird Bucks are greatly appreciated. I also appreciate membership discount ( it is pretty expensive, but my birds notice the difference) and a sale.
