Their product line, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff.

Everyone is always so very nice. They carry good quality of merchandise. I love the birdfeeder that the squirrels and raccoons can’t get up on they are very helpful to have. They’ve even delivered for me when I couldn’t get there.

The hot pepper bird seed is great. I have tried other brands that did not work. I recommend it to everyone

My husband (who has Alzheimer’s) broke the top of our bird feeder. It was also filmy and I did not know how to clean it. They fixed the top (for free) and told me how to clean it (with Dawn and a long brush that I purchased)

Always such a nice experience. Friendly helpful staff. They always ask if I need assistance or have any questions and insist on handling any purchase and bringing it out to my car. Plus I love the merchandise.
