Went to get hummingbird powdered food and they didn’t have any out yet because it’s to early in the season and when I told them I drove 40 minutes to get there the man working went to the warehouse and got some for me

Our main reason we shop this store is because the staff at the Florence KY store are so knowledgeable and friendly. Any questions we have they know the answer and what product to accomplish our goal regarding the birds.

I drive from Lexington KY ( even tho there is a Wild Birds in Lexington) because of the staff at this store. Always have a smile and make you feel like you matter as a customer.

It is a beautiful store in a convenient location and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This purchase was routine and prompted by a coupon but I love to come in montly at least.
