Wide variety of merchandise. Friendly staff. I just like looking at everything in the store. It makes me feel good to go in there. I also like the live bird cam!

My experience at the Florence store was wonderful. They answered all my questions and helped me pick the right seed for the birds and how to keep squirrels out of my feeders!

I am nearly positive that the people who work here are the nicest people on earth. Everyone was so helpful, and I just went back today (7/2) because my previous experience was so awesome. The first time I visited, an amazing employee (I did not catch their name, but they have very cool yellow glasses if that helps) took the time to explain the benefits of the different types of seeds and what would be compatible with the feeder I picked out. I could tell that they are passionate about what they do, and I felt welcome immediately. Very different vibe than what I would get at a big box store like Walmart (no shade to Walmart employees). 11/10 all around!!
