I am very pleased to have this type of store in my area. I love taking care of my birds and the staff at WBU are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. If you have questions they are always happy to answer them. They are friendly, communicative and down to earth. A rarity for customer service these days!

As always, delivery was super fast (as in, overnight!). There were no problems with the delivery, but I knew from past experience the staff would call promptly to reach a solution. I can't imagine shopping for our suet anywhere else. Thanks so much, WBU Florence (Y'all) for being so awesome. I hope to actually make it to your store in person some day! Have always heard it's wonderful.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always offer to assist me by carrying purchases to my car. They all seem very knowledgable about all aspects of feeding birds.
