The staff attended me right away. They wrapped up my giftcard sweetly. The cashier was beyond sweet. Small store but nice store. Prices are a bit high too. But I would come for the service.

The Florence store is a well-oiled machine. The folks who work there know their stuff and usually recognize me when I come in. The items I want are in stock, and the advice is free. It's a good place to get all my bird-related items.

Good product, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Products are always in stock and the variety I use is readily available. Loyalty club is a plus.

We are regular customers at this Wild Birds store and have always found the staff friendly and very helpful. They recognize us when we come in and ,are the shopping experience great. The little candy bars at checkout are a nice touch but a real test of my willpower. I usually flunk.
