Very friendly, knowledgeable, salesperson. The store was clean, organized. Had unique items as well as daily needs.

Always a fantastic experience visiting this store. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and bend over backwards to be accommodating. My partner and I are older and his somewhat disabled. A visit to our "bird store" is definitely something we look forward to and they never disappoint. Can't thank them enough for their excellent store and their kindness.

I came to your store because I had heard about it on Ron Wilson's garden show on WKRC. The staff was knowledgeable about the products and recommended what to buy. Our purchase has proved to bring us a great deal of pleasure as the food has attracted many small birds and for the most part the larger birds do not visit often.
