The woman was more than helpful… she found one item on line that I wanted even though it was not carried any longer at her store. She assisted in helping me select my other items… explained the best way to use them… she told me about joining the buyers club.. and showed me how it would need to my advantage. She explained the advantage of using the different kinds of suet…. It was a lovely interaction!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. We have purchased 2 bird feeders, and a hummingbird feeder as well as all the food for these birds here and have learned a lot and made retirement much more enjoyable watching the wildlife in our back yard due to the knowledge of the staff. And the candy at the counter is a great touch too.

They had what I needed, price was in-line with other merchants and the location is fairly convenient. The staff is always attentive and helpful.
