I have been dealing with this store for several years, and have always found the staff friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. The store is clean and easy for me to browse. I really like the new membership programme.

Due to Covid19 restriction i called in my order & staff put order in my trunk. Really appreciate your consideration of customers !

I have always liked shopping at WBU and so can honestly say i always enjoy shopping at this store. Recently i shopped on line and couldn't believe the super fast delivery, i was very impressed , will definitely continue to shop with the Newmarket location, the new owners are great !

Curb side pick up during the CoVID 19 craziness. The gentleman saw me pull up, I didn’t have to call he came right out and put my order in the trunk. So nice.

Considering the problems with covid 19 I was treated extremely well. The staff was knowledgeable and the service was quick. I found what I needed and it was placed in my vehicle.

Staff was polite and helpful. Answered questions about the DSC program. They updated my info so I am able to receive info.

Although some of my answers were incorrect since I didn't go into the store I rated those points high since the service was provided over the phone and outside the store was excellent. The service was very friendly, kind and accommodating with the COVID-19 situation. Thank you!

Just started feeding birds last spring so this is all new to us. They have been great getting us set up and answering questions. This time, we ordered online and they delivered to us same day! We were so surprised!
