Each time I have visited the Newmarket store, the rating that I would give it is “Highly Satisfied”. On the only occasion that I experienced a problem with merchandise, the staff, along with the supplier, rectified it. (Part for hummingbird feeder) When I have wanted something that hasn’t been in stock, it was already on its way from the supplier, and I got a phone call within a few days to say that it had arrived.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The products work well and so far show high quality. The selection is great and efficient for birding needs.

There has been no instore shopping during the pandemic so I was especially pleased with how helpful the staff were in getting my orders together for delivery and curb side pickup. I am a big fan of WBU nd am glad to see the enthusiasm of the new owners.
