It's just a great shopping experience for a birder. There's a greater variety of product than most other places. The daily savings club brings the price down to something I can afford.

I have been a customer of the store at this location for several years. I had been feeling for some time that the previous owners had lost the fire in their belly for the business. They were very nice people...just not as engaged as I would have liked them to be. I was REALLY happy to meet the new owner and to see the many improvements in the store. It was much brighter with lots of natural light, there was a better selection of products, the products were very well displayed and it seemed cleaner than in the past. Moreover, I appreciated the signage regarding COVID-19, the adherence to the rules of sanitizing and the maintenance of physical distancing. My experience was a "15" on a scale of 1-10 and I look forward to telling everyone I know about the new ownership. I'll definitely be back for more shopping. The new owner was very welcoming and had a genuine interest in educating me and assisting me with my purchase.
