I like the fact that this store focuses on only one thing and that's birds. I appreciate being able to ask a question about what the best types of food are. I do wish they would do some "basic backyard birding" education things on their social or via e blast. That would be an inexpensive way to give some additional value to their present and prospective clients.

I was looking for a cage for the bird seed bell, checked the website to see if they had any. It's on my way home from work, so dropped in. I would give thumbs up for the touchless hand sanitizer alone - why doesn't every store have this? I asked for a seed cage, and a seed bell, both in stock. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

The young lady taking care of the store was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcome and cared for. The bird seed is always very high quality and the store is cute and makes me want to browse!

I like the layout of the store. Found my items quickly as I was in a hurry. The quality of the bird seed is by far the best I have ever used. The number of variety of birds is amazing with your product.

I have always been able to get the products that I need. My orders arrive well packaged and in a timely manner.

The lady I spoke with explained a variety of products to give me sufficient information to make an informed purchase. There was another customer in the store but I didn’t have to wait and the checkout for me was well spaced from the other customer.

Staff is knowledgeable. Staff is friendly. Product (supreme blend) keeps our yard replete with beautiful birds. Is there anywhere else?
